Infused Holistic Cuisine
Food is medicine and I believe in the healing properties of food. Everyday we have an opportunity to take a step closer to optimal health with the food choices we make. After attending culinary school, I realized that my journey to learn about food as medicine would require more knowledge. I was drawn to study Holistic Natural Nutrition and so I became a certified and registered Holistic Natural Nutritionist in 2013.
I live to create quality cuisine and specialize in pain management and improving digestive health. I founded my company, LuX Nouvelle Cuisine, in 2002. LuX Nouvelle Cuisine (LNC) means the light/energy/Qi we gain from food, and my company continues to grow. I am currently on a journey to becoming a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) so that I can add a new level of depth to LNC, while adapting the traditional practices of nourishing the body with healing whole foods and plant medicine.
