I live for learning, personal growth and sharing knowledge. I have completed the 6 year Doctorate program at Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, here in beautiful BC and I am writing my final exam in 2027. I hold designations in the field of Clinical Aromatherapy & Holistic Natural Nutrition.
Growing up with entrepreneurial parents inspired me to spread my wings and dream big. I moved to Vancouver in 1999 and was drawn to build a business after spending summers selling vegan cuisine out of a basket I balanced on my head, at the most magical place on earth, Wreck Beach. In 2006, I had the honour of being rated Vancouver’s Top Infusion Chef. I continue to expand LuX Nouvelle Cuisine by providing a feast for your senses with holisitic wellness in the form of aromatics, skincare, herbs, and remedies.
