I live for learning, personal growth and sharing knowledge. I’m a registered traditional Chinese medical practitioner in (R.TCMP) in British Columbia and currently pursuing my Dr. of traditional Chinese medicine designation expected in 2027. My passion is to help bridge traditional Chinese medicine, holistic, nutrition, and clinical aromatherapy with modern wellness, making natural health approaches, more accessible, evidence informed, and impactful for the communities that need the most.
Growing up with entrepreneurial parents inspired me to spread my wings and dream big. I moved to Vancouver in 1999 and was drawn to build a business after spending summers selling vegan cuisine out of a basket I balanced on my head, at the most magical place on earth, Wreck Beach. In 2006, I had the honour of being rated Vancouver’s Top Infusion Chef. I continue to expand LuX Nouvelle Cuisine by providing a feast for your senses with holisitic wellness in the form of aromatics, skincare, herbs, and remedies.
